Poor review from Doug, the third row is for small kids. I have the GLB 5-seater and it is great. German cars are expensive with extras, everyone knows that.

We own a glb and I have to disagree i find the third row seats not toooo bad. yes i understand doug is a lot taller than me but im 179cm and my dad is 169cm and we can both fit in the third row not super comfortably but its cozy and snug back there with the second row in a normal position.

The Navi/Map button works when you're using carplay. it instantly takes you to your default navigation app within carplay. really handy as a shortcut

The GLB is intended for families with with small children if you opt for a seven seater. As a 5 seater, it's a great vehicle.

When signing up with Sirius you have the option to also sign up for live traffic/nav option. I'm wondering if that's the nav available in that specific car. As in, it doesn't have onboard Mercedes Navigation, just the Sirius version & that's why the button exists. Usually when Mercedes doesn't have an option/upgrade, the button will just be blank, with no movement. Just a thought?! It could also exist as a place for Apple Car Play Navigation to go from your phone?

The time you spent complaining about this specimen not having navigation was pathetic. Similarly, your constant reference to the 3rd row issues - when this is an OPTION - was annoying. It appears your intent was to make this vehicle look bad, but it is actually a very solidly built, safe, reliable and affordable vehicle.

This is an alright review but you should have mentioned that if you don't get navigation you can still have it when your phone is connected to the car and you use navi on your phone. That's a nice savings. Also, spending so much time on the option of a 3rd row is silly for this size vehicle. 3 minutes would have been more than enough. My review in short. If you are upgrading to a luxury vehicle, this is it.

I feel like having no nav doesn’t really matter nowadays. Maybe more for older buyers but I’ve never used my car’s nav, I always use apple maps on car play.

I think all MBZ have Nav prewired. You just need to buy a Becker (MBZ spec) pilot Navigation chip.

The reason you cannot have a roof load in sport mode is that ESP will have a higher lateral acceleration threshold for the correction - with the higher center of gravity, the vehicle could unload its inside wheels.
